Heat generation in the AC magnetic field of fine Y<sub>3</sub>Fe<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub> powder materials prepared by modifying co-precipitation synthesis

Fine Y3Fe5O12 (YIG) powder with self-heat generation ability in an AC magnetic field was prepared by a modified co-precipitation method and calcined at 600–1100 °C. Using this method, single phase of the YIG ferrite structure obtained low calcination temperature. The heat synthesis sample particle diameter ?120 nm significantly improved. correlation between hysteresis loss not confirmed for sample, which suggests that might have been caused another factor differs from loss.
